A very Successful 2019

Even though a few months of 2019 saw the company’s profit drop sharply at some points, IGT’s efforts towards new international markets have paid out excellently. IGT’s international sales division reports that the company recorded a revenue increase exceeding 45 percent, which is a fantastic result, especially taking into consideration the current online gaming market. Aside from increasing efforts towards the Asian gaming market, IGT also made great progress towards securing a dominant share of the US gambling scene. Overall, if we take a look at the reported numbers, the provider has generated free cash flow exceeding amounts of $450 million, just for the first nine months.

New Products for 2020

IGT’s director for Asia, Michael Cheers, said recently that the company aims to widen the path it has set during the previous period. He also added that the provider’s products are constantly delivering very strong results all across Asia, with Singapore, Vietnam, Cambodia, South Korea, and many others having the opportunity to experience the wide range of products IGT has to offer.

One of the biggest focus points for IGT’s Asian market lineup will be to expand on its current popular games and introduce even more “base slot games” that will help spruce up the provider’s overall over. Additionally, sources close to the company said that IGT would try to develop a system that will support a larger player base. More precisely, they aim to introduce features such as exclusive promotions and cashless payment solutions, which will help incentivize casino players to gamble on the provider’s machines. From an objective standpoint, this seems like a good strategy, especially the latter feature, as an increasing number of Asian players opt to use cashless payment methods instead of classic casino payment features.

There is no precise news whether there will be an IGT convention in Asia, where players could try gambling products from this provider, but one such event did happen just recently in Las Vegas, Nevada. IGT introduced a variety of new games, headlined by their new Peak range of gaming machines. Besides its Peak game series, IGT has also declared plans to introduce new product families for its Crystal Curve and CrystalDual 27 machines. The provider made a great overall impression and was one of the biggest names at the Global Gaming Expo, featuring a 4,000-square-feet (2,230 sq meters) stand that left no one indifferent.
